Orders and Payment

All orders placed through PortraitsImpossible.com are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be disclosed at checkout.

Photo Uploads and Content

By uploading photographs to PortraitsImpossible.com, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use the photographs you upload
• The photographs do not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• The photographs do not contain illegal, obscene, or harmful content

You grant PortraitsImpossible.com a limited, non-exclusive license to use your uploaded photos solely for the purpose of generating and fulfilling your portrait order. We do not claim ownership of your photos.

Portrait Ownership and Use

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the completed portrait for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may print, frame, gift, and display the portrait for personal use. You may not resell, sublicense, or use the portrait for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Unless you have purchased digital file rights as an add-on, the digital master file remains the property of PortraitsImpossible.com. Physical prints are yours to keep.

Refund and Revision Policy

We stand behind our 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Portrait Impossible, contact us and we will revise it or refund your order. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your order date. We reserve the right to determine whether a revision or refund is the appropriate remedy based on the circumstances.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once a physical print has been dispatched.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software — is the property of PortraitsImpossible.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
